Gus Dapperton celebrates his uniqueness on new EP, You Think You’re A Comic!, which showcases his natural singing voice over dreamy synths and danceable rhythms. Our favourite from the new EP is ‘Amadelle With Love’, a playful number with yacht rock influences you’d find with a band like Los Porcos, with the modern flavour of a contemporary like Nolan Garrett or low fem. However, as we already said, New York’s Gus Dapperton is an original and therefore his music aevades complete comparison here - sure there’s elements, but altogether, Dapperton is presenting his own sound.
